The staff here are extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. They spoke English to us when we couldn't find the right Spanish, which was a lifesaver. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained. The rooms are comfortable with all the necessary amenities, from air conditioning to a hairdryer. The buffet breakfast was delicious and the restaurant and bar area were great for relaxing after a long day of exploring. we were thoroughly impressed with the quality of service and the comfortable accommodations.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, just a few steps from the bus station and close to a Metro station. This made it easy for us to explore the city and get around. the staff at the hotel were fantastic, always willing to assist with a big smile. They were very knowledgeable and helped us with all our needs. Another great aspect was the food at the hotel restaurant, which was not only delicious but also reasonably priced.

One disappointing aspect was that our request for a room on the upper levels was not met by the hotel. Another downside was the gym, which, although equipped, was quite old and in need of maintenance or an update.
