The location of the hotel is great, surrounded by beautiful nature. We really enjoyed our stay, although there was some seaweed on the beach. The staff were incredibly helpful and professional, especially the front desk manager Emanuel. We had a small issue with our room but it was resolved promptly. The food at Agave restaurant was delicious. Overall we would recommend staying here for a budget-friendly option.

Gramercy Tulum has the perfect location on the beach, steps away from the ocean. The service is amazing and the staff genuinely wants to make your stay pleasant. The rooms are spacious and the food at Olivia is incredible. The staff is friendly and helpful, making solo travelers feel comfortable. The included breakfast is phenomenal.

The hotel provides fast Wi-Fi coverage throughout the premises, delicious breakfast with numerous meal options at reasonable prices. Additionally, the friendly staff, including efficient concierge, accommodating room maids, and waiters at a relaxing beach club, make guests feel well taken care of. Somewhat isolated from other places, the larger property accommodates wider and open spaces for privacy in the villas, including a bigger beach area.

I recently stayed at Gramercy for a relaxing getaway. The location is perfect, situated at the end of the strip away from noisy crowds. The beach area is stunning, with comfortable deckchairs and ample umbrellas. The room, especially the beachfront villa, was beautifully decorated and offered breathtaking views. The staff at Gramercy went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, especially during a sudden illness. The food was delicious, and the breakfast spread was impressive. the staff, service, and atmosphere made my stay unforgettable.

gramercy was the perfect oasis in tulum - peaceful, beautiful, and with a friendly staff. the mezcal margaritas and food were outstanding, and the beach was stunning. already planning to come back in june!

Bathroom lacked privacy.

Here, the breathtaking ocean views give you a sense of peace and tranquility. the room was spacious, impeccably clean, and adorned with high-end finishes. the restaurant offered an exquisite culinary experience, both authentic and visually stunning. the private facilities provided an exclusive experience that truly made us feel like royalty.

Although we had an incredible experience at this hotel, there was one minor issue that stood out. We noticed that the sunbeds by the beach were frequently taken up by towels, but no one was using them.
