We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, well-lit, and clean. The wifi was good, and the A/C was whisper quiet, along with a ceiling fan. The hotel is in a great location, just steps away from a wonderful restaurant and a short walk to the main square. The staff, particularly Gabriella, were exceptional. Despite working long hours, she always greeted us with a smile, took the time for a brief conversation, and had a wealth of knowledge about events in the city.

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location in a vibrant area close to the central square is a major plus, allowing easy access to all the attractions. The staff provide excellent service, with friendly and helpful attitudes. The rooms, some of which have balconies, are clean and comfortable, offering a queen bed for a pleasant night's sleep. Additionally, the breakfast is a satisfying start to the day.

The hotel is super colorful and friendly, with above-average staff and a refreshing pool. The location is great, just a short walk to the central plaza through a comfortable and beautiful street with vendors and tasty gorditas. The showers are hot and the AC works well.

The hotel is in a great location, really close to the center and right across the street from a great restaurant. Its location on a relatively quiet side street is perfect for a peaceful stay, yet it's still just yards away from the bustling center of the city. You'll be close to almost everything in the area.

The room at Hotel Gran Centenario was spacious, well-lit, and clean. The AC and ceiling fan worked perfectly, providing a comfortable environment. The location was excellent, just steps away from great restaurants and the central square. The staff, especially Gabriella, was friendly and knowledgeable about the city. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

We had an absolutely wonderful and romantic escape. the complimentary breakfast and parking were a great touch. the location was unbeatable, with plenty of great restaurants and shopping within walking distance. We especially loved the rooftop pool and bar with stunning views of the city.

Our room was in a state of disrepair. the fixtures in the bathroom were falling apart and the air conditioning unit was quite noisy.

Best aspects of my xmas hotel experience were the spacious and clean room, and the comfortable beds. the hotel's location was also a major advantage, situated close to key attractions and a renowned restaurant.

Worst aspects of my xmas hotel experience included the lack of furnishings in the room, with only a bed and two overhead lights. the front desk staff was also unwelcoming and unprofessional, with one staff member eating and talking on her cellphone when I approached.
