We recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Guaymas and had an excellent experience. The hotel was new and clean, with spacious rooms. The location was perfect, being in the center of everything we needed, and only a short distance from the beach. The check-in and check-out process was quick and hassle-free. We also appreciated the fact that there were multiple pools available for guests to enjoy. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as a limited breakfast and noise from the main street, our overall stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The staff went out of their way to help me with internet connectivity issues on my MacBook. They called Apple and gave them my IP address which helped me get hooked up. I had a pleasant stay. I recommend this hotel.

The hotel offered a great breakfast buffet with a variety of delicious options. Additionally, the staff at the front desk was friendly and spoke excellent English. the location of the hotel was also convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.

There were a few negatives during my stay. there was a smoking issue with the non-smoking rooms, as the smell of smoke was noticeable from adjacent rooms.

As youngsters, we loved the spacious and comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff, and the delicious complimentary breakfast buffet with a great variety of hot items.

We felt extremely welcome and had no reason to complain.

We arrived without a reservation and with our Chihuahua - definitely not a pet-friendly hotel. They were not going to let us stay, but we managed to talk them into it. We did not get the room of our choice. Instead, we were told that no rooms were available on that side. So we were on the second floor, right next to the highway. On the plus side, I had trouble getting onto the internet with my Macbook Air, and the staff went way out of their way to help me with that. They actually called Apple and gave them my IP address and got me hooked up. I would say that is above and beyond!

The staff constantly refilled the serving pans and accommodated a large group of soccer players without any disruption to other guests. The location was easy to find and convenient, with stores, restaurants, and San Carlos nearby.

It was also nice to have a luggage cart available for use.

Conveniently located near the Roca Fuerte industrial park and many restaurants in the area. the breakfast buffet had a good selection, especially the scrambled eggs. the hotel was flexible with reservation changes, making it a great choice for business travelers.

Some small issues like a broken sanitizer dispenser and a lack of coffee in the room. It would have been nice to have a luggage cart available.

We recently stayed at a hotel on our way through Mexico and had a fantastic experience. the construction standards at this property were top-notch, matching any hotel we've stayed at in the US. the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always had a cheerful attitude. the breakfast spread was exceptional, with a variety of hot options like eggs, chilaquiles, and ham, along with the usual cold cereal, pastries. the highlight for us was the large and comfortable bed, complete with soft and firm pillows marked for personal preference. We didn't have a chance to use the fitness center, pool, hot tub, or business center, but they all looked clean and inviting.
