We got great value for our money at Hotel De La Parra. The room was fantastic with lovely sheets and bed. The location was perfect, just one block away from the Zocalo, and the staff treated us very well, being thoughtful and courteous throughout our stay.

The morning meal could be improved with a more efficient service to avoid long waiting times.

We loved the pool and the poolside lunch - a great spot to relax and have fun. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the free coffee and juices in the lobby were a nice touch. The location was perfect, right near the lively Zocalo and markets. Despite being so close to all the action, the hotel was surprisingly quiet and safe.

The wait staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, even bringing me a calming tea when I wasn't feeling well.
