My recent new year stay was fantastic! the hotel was in a perfect location, close to restaurants, activities, and a beautiful park. the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, making us feel right at home. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a poolside patio and all the necessary amenities like coffee and tea making facilities. One of the best aspects was the complementary drinks tray, where we could help ourselves to a variety of alcoholic beverages. It was a great way to unwind after a day of exploring.

It would have been helpful to know this in advance to avoid any inconvenience.

The staff treated us like royalty, offering us free beers on arrival and even going as far as sending a stuffed toy to our next destination.

I traveled alone and stayed at Luz En Yucatan for a few days. The staff was extremely helpful and made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. The hotel itself is charming and clean, with a lovely small pool and a quirky layout. The location is great, with easy access to the old town center. The price is very reasonable and the free morning coffee is a nice touch. I also enjoyed the horse and buggy ride to see the beautiful mansions nearby.

I absolutely loved my stay at El Gallo! The family room was excellent, with a separate sitting area and all the necessary amenities like a refrigerator and coffee pot. The staff were professional and helpful, giving me great advice on nearby restaurants and arranging transportation to popular attractions like Celestun and cenotes. The location on Parque Santa Lucia was superb, with trendy restaurants like La Chaya Maya and Apoala nearby. The entertainment in the area was also fantastic, with excellent dance and music performances.
