Our vacation at Hotel Shibari was incredible and felt like a home away from home. the butler service was exceptional, making us feel pampered. the breakfast had a good variety and the staff were friendly and helpful. the beautifully maintained landscape and the lovely cenote added to the charm of the property. the private plunge pool in our room was a tranquil oasis surrounded by lush jungle plants.

I always return for my city break. the staff kindly gave me water when I arrived late. the hotel has Wi-Fi, free parking, 24-hour reception, poolside bar, spa, flat-screen TV. It suits all my needs perfectly.
