The beach in front of our hotel had crystal-clear waters and was surrounded by breathtaking scenery. the staff was really helpful and did their best to assist us with everything we needed. We particularly appreciated the free parking spot just in front of the hotel, which was very convenient for us.

the breakfast was quite poor and the food lacked flavor. the room was dark and damp, making it quite uncomfortable to stay in.

The location of the hotel is perfect, just steps away from the beach. The grounds are well-maintained and the beach area is comfortable and quiet compared to other places in the surroundings. The friendly staff is always ready to assist with any requests and is very professional in their service.

The cleanliness of the hotel leaves much to be desired. The cleaning staff only make the bed but do not properly clean the room, resulting in dirty sheets and stained towels.

We loved our recent stay at Sivana in Tulum. The location was perfect, right on the beautiful beach. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The grounds were well-maintained and the beach area was peaceful and relaxing. We also appreciated the option to rent bikes and the private parking provided. we would highly recommend this hotel for a great beach vacation.
