I especially appreciated the personalized attention, like when they prepared a complimentary lunch box for my day trip to Palenque. The wifi in the rooms was awesome and the location of the hotel was great. The standout part of our stay was the service from the owner. He genuinely wanted our stay to be brilliant and was probably the nicest owner we've ever dealt with. The rooms had beautiful wooden details, were clean, and had a view of the mountains and back garden. The shower was the best we've experienced on our trip so far. The hotel also had great parking facilities.
