We had a great time staying at Villas Chulavista. The check-in process was smooth and Sebastian was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job cleaning our room and even took care of the dinner dishes. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, especially the pool, which was clean every day. The property itself was beautiful and offered great value for the price. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor patio with its stunning view of the jungle. Fernando and the rest of the staff were friendly and welcoming, making our experience even more enjoyable.

For the price we paid, we definitely got our money's worth. The room was spacious with a great view from the balcony, and the pool area was inviting. The location was convenient, just a short walk downtown, and the staff were helpful when we needed them. We also appreciated the included drinking water and excellent wifi.

I recently stayed at a lovely hotel in a hillside location. The view from Villas Chulavista was absolutely breathtaking. The bedrooms in the villa were comfortable and had air conditioning, which was a plus. The hotel staff were very accommodating and even changed my room when I had an issue with ants. The shared kitchen was a great feature and the pool provided a refreshing way to cool down. my stay was enjoyable and the clean, spacious room with a great shower added to the positive experience.

The view from the room balconies was lovely. the pool was nice, although heavy on the chlorine. the bed was good, and the common kitchen area was fully equipped with a lovely seating area overlooking the hills.

The staff was surly with plenty of attitude. the 'breakfast' was a complete joke, offered a 12-minute walk away from the hotel and consisted of a paltry one drink, fruit, and toast.

The open kitchen/living room connecting with nature was great. The small pool had a super great view. The 2nd and 3rd floor units had an excellent view. There was always coffee at the lobby. The hotel itself was beautiful. The manager was awesome. The other guests were really nice. It was just a beautiful warm place.

During my Christmas stay, I loved the stunning view from the balcony and the refreshing pool. the location of the hotel was also great, as it was situated in a key location close to the village. Additionally, I enjoyed the fully equipped common kitchen area, which provided a convenient and enjoyable space for cooking and dining.

On the downside, there were a few negatives during my stay. the lack of staff availability at the reception desk was frustrating.

From the stunning views and the beautiful pool, to the helpful staff, everything was perfect. Gabriel, one of the hosts, provided exceptional service that I won't soon forget. The check-in process was easy, and the room was clean and comfortable. I especially appreciated the provided bottled water. And even though the walk back to town is uphill, it's just a short distance away. I highly recommend Villas Chulavista and can't wait to return!

The hotel had an amazing view from the room balconies and a lovely pool area. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the town center and away from the hustle and bustle. We enjoyed the refreshing pool and the peacefulness of the hotel.

There were a couple of minor issues during our stay. the coffee maker didn't work and we couldn't find any filters in town.

The water barrel in the room was a lifesaver, especially for families with children who don't want to lug heavy items up the hill from town. The staff, particularly Cristina at the front desk and Chris at the restaurant/bar, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The little pool was perfect for relaxing, and the noise issue from below was quickly resolved by considerate neighbors. The construction across the street was not a significant problem. The suite itself was beautiful, with comfortable beds and a clean room. The provided bottled water was a nice touch. The short walk into town was convenient, and the staff's friendliness and helpfulness added to the overall positive experience. The presence of a few cockroaches in the kitchen was expected due to the open-air nature of the room and the location in Mexico.

The view from our villa was absolutely breathtaking, with stunning mountain vistas that provided a sense of tranquility. We also loved the beautiful pool area, perfect for lounging and soaking up the sun. the open-air set up of the villa added a unique touch to our stay, allowing us to fully appreciate the natural surroundings.

The uphill walk to the villa was quite challenging, particularly in the heat. It would have been great if the hotel offered a golf cart service for guests to easily navigate the steep terrain.

The room was beautiful, with great AC and a nice bathroom. The views of the mountains were stunning, and the pool area was so relaxed and inviting. The staff at the hotel were fantastic, the lady who ran the place was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The location was perfect for us - a little quieter, away from the hustle and bustle of the town, with a nice uphill walk that we actually enjoyed.

The only thing that could have made the morning meal better would be to have a wider variety of options.
