As a solo traveler, I loved the luxurious rooms and the all-inclusive experience. The hotel grounds were beautiful and the all fun inclusive package was a great bonus.

Top notch service, well-staffed parks and resort, clean, and FUN! Kids had a blast. Beautiful property with plenty to do and see onsite. Bus service was phenomenal. Especially loved the Xel-Ha, XPLOR, and Xoximilco parks, and dining in the caves at Las Cuevas. The Mercado was a daily stop, made-to-order breakfast at Trajinera was a hit, lunch at Las Playas, dinner at Xin Gao. Swimming, kayaking, and paddleboarding were favorites. Fabulous resort!

The hotel offers access to all the Xcaret parks and has well-organized transportation. The staff is friendly and the food is gourmet. The grounds are beautiful, with a jungle gym and state-of-the-art gym. The rooms are comfortable, with hammocks on the balconies.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and always went out of their way to make me feel welcomed and like a part of the family. They were knowledgeable and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and modern, with daily stocked mini bars and a nice turn down service. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with a variety of dining options offering quality food choices, including a vegan restaurant. The location of the hotel was perfect for enjoying the beach and exploring the sea life, with easy access to jump in the waves. Additionally, the transportation facilities provided by the hotel, such as buses and boat taxis, were quick, cool, and efficient.

Located on a natural beach, this hotel offers wide sandy beaches, clear waters to enjoy, and the beautiful view of the river and the surrounding greenery. It's really close to the city center, which makes it convenient for tourists who want to explore the city. The rooms are luxurious and clean with comfortable bedding, large, fully stocked bathrooms, and a private balcony with a hammock. The all-inclusive breakfast is delicious, with plenty of options to choose from, including authentic Mexican cuisine. The Resort was evidently well-staffed with over 1,000 attentive members that ensured every guest is served to the highest standards. The room keys are replaced with easy-to-carry bracelets, which are also used for access to all the facilities. Facilities such as beautiful natural lagoons, pools, beach bars, and restaurants, are some enjoyments you couldn't want to miss.

The on-site parks can be crowded on the weekends, which might cause long wait times for rides and activities.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel was divine, with world-class comfort and hospitality. The variety of different restaurants inside the hotel was a plus. As all-inclusive guests, we enjoyed free access to all the Xcaret parks, making our stay even more exciting. There was so much to see and do, perfect for bigger groups of friends.
