There was nothing I didn't like.

Our family had a wonderful stay at a hotel in the heart of the island, located just steps from the bustling main streets and beautiful beaches. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a modern bathroom and friendly service. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning and appreciated the relaxing courtyard and pool area. The location made it easy to explore the island and enjoy all the fun activities it has to offer.

There was one minor inconvenience that we experienced during our stay.

We got great value for our money at Isla Caracol. The room had a charming Greek feel and was kept very clean. The location was perfect, just a block away from a variety of restaurants and shops, and a short walk to the stunning northern beach. The staff treated us with kindness and were always ready to assist us.

Food for breakfast could be improved with some fresh fruits, like bananas.

The location of Isla Caracol was perfect for exploring the tourist area, with the beach just a block away and the ferry two blocks away. The hotel itself was sparkling clean and surprisingly quiet considering its central location. One of the highlights was the morning coffee with toast and cereal, a nice bonus to start the day.

Great location, close to beach and restaurants. Basic room with essentials. Budget-friendly option. Be mindful of mosquitoes and keep doors/windows closed. Cleaning service turns off AC, but overall a recommended choice for price-conscious travelers.

isla caracol exceeded my expectations. the location was perfect, close to the beach and wharf. the staff were friendly and the pool was a great place to relax after a beach day. it was peaceful and quiet, with no loud music. highly recommend staying here!

I had a great stay at this hotel located in the downtown area of Isla Mujeres. The rooms were basic but included a fridge, and mine even had a small balcony with a beautiful view of the water. The hotel staff was very friendly and the location was perfect for exploring the island. Plus, breakfast was included!

The hotel's location is extremely convenient, being right in the center of Isla de mujeres. It's perfect for both exploring the town and going to Playa Norte. Central location, close to ferry and beach. Helpful staff who accommodated room changes. Clean rooms with comfortable beds, balconies overlooking pool. Good-sized bathrooms with separate shower and bathtub. Average WiFi.

The hotel had a cute little pool, perfect for cooling off on a hot day. the staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. the location of the hotel was great, right in the heart of the downtown area and close to all the restaurants and shops.

The bathtub was useless, it would have taken days to fill it up. And to make matters worse, we asked for water bottles on the second night and they said no.

Great location, basic amenities provided, huge bed in the room with a small balcony offering views of the water. A plus was the breakfast included in the price.

No negative aspect to mention. All was ok.
