krystal urban was a pleasant surprise during my overnight stay in mexico city. the friendly english-speaking staff, comfortable beds, and clean rooms exceeded my previous hotel experience in the city. it was a convenient location near the airport, with free shuttle service and a nice restaurant on the property.

We were pleasantly surprised to walk into a huge, modern, high-end reception area with impressive installations, a large restaurant, and comfortable seating. The staff at the hotel provided a very professional service and were friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including spacious and clean rooms with really comfortable beds and pillows. The location was convenient, with a free shuttle to the airport that only took about 20 minutes. We also liked that there was a pharmacy nearby where we could buy a soda and toothpaste. cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation, and staff were excellent.

shuttle instructions were a disaster

The hotel is located in a horrible neighborhood, nowhere near the Mexico City airport. It is situated in the Iztapalapa area, which is known for its high crime rate. Guests have reported feeling unsafe and uncomfortable in the surrounding area.

The hotel does offer free Wi-Fi for guests.
