I recently stayed at Kuukum Hotel for three days and it was a great experience. The hotel is located away from the bustling tourist areas, providing a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. There were some quality options nearby for dining and working out, which was convenient. I also appreciated the availability of parking, making it easy for me to explore the area. The staff at Kuukum were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay.

Had a great time during my Easter vacation! Enjoyed two complementary cocktails and a welcome basket of fruits upon arrival. the hotel is located in a nice jungle-like environment surrounded by palm trees, which gave me a relaxing break from the city. I loved the fact that the hotel had a pool which was perfect for taking a dip before heading out to explore Tulum.

The hotel is a bit hard to find, so make sure to ask your trusted navigation app for directions. getting to the beach and the town itself from the hotel could be a bit difficult, especially if you don't have a rental car.

the staff was very friendly and provided us with top-notch service. the Spa and wellness center was a luxurious treat with exclusive amenities, and we enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool and sun loungers immensely. the garden area was beautiful and made us feel like we were in a tropical paradise. the rooftop pool had a stunning view of the surrounding treetops, and the sun terrace was an epic spot to watch the sunset.

The only minor issue was the noise from the construction site next door but, with all of the other amazing amenities the hotel offered, it wasn't too much of a problem. the hotel met all of our luxurious needs and we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The location of the hotel is great, as it is situated in the Aldea Zama area. This new neighborhood is still developing but offers a fairly quiet and safe environment for families with kids. The rooms are spacious, with well-equipped kitchens and dining areas. The staff members are professional, friendly, and always ready to assist. Additionally, guests can rent bicycles from the hotel and easily reach the beach in just 10 minutes.

The hotel is surrounded by ongoing construction, which can be quite loud and disruptive.

We got great value for our money at Kuukum with a spacious two-floor room that had a full kitchen and living room. The location was convenient, being halfway between the central area and the beach, making it easy to explore both. The staff was super friendly and made us feel like we were among friends.

Although the breakfast offerings were tasty and plentiful, it would have been nice to have more seating available in the restaurant for guests instead of having to take breakfast back to our rooms.
