We had an amazing stay at Lotel-Casa Arca. The location was perfect, right in the center of town, allowing us to explore San Miguel with ease. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of healthy options. The rooms were beautifully designed and the beds were super comfy. The pool and meditation area added a tranquil touch to our stay. The entire concept of the hotel being within an art gallery, restaurant, bakery, champagne bar, and boutiques was brilliant. We loved the little touches and attention to detail throughout our time there. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

The free breakfast and happy hour cocktails were a nice touch and saved us some cash. the location was spot on for exploring the sights and sounds of the city, with everything within walking distance. Plus, the rooftop terrace with the stunning views of the town was the best spot to relax and soak up the ambience.

The noise from the street and surrounding bars was unbearable during the Easter weekend, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. the staff seemed unfriendly and uninterested in helping us with any requests or giving any recommendations.

From the moment I arrived, I felt pampered. the luxurious amenities exceeded my expectations. the Spa & wellness centre is top-notch and offers a variety of treatments. the heated outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. the sun terrace provided breathtaking views of the surroundings. the privacy of the private facilities was amazing. the room advantages, including a fully stocked minibar and plush bedding, made my stay comfortable and indulgent. the restaurant was fantastic and served delicious cuisine. the service was exceptional and attentive to my needs.

I did experience some noise from the nearby outdoor dining area, but it did not detract from my overall experience.

The hotel is perfectly located, just down a pedestrian-only road from the main church. Its central location allows for easy access to the main plaza and other attractions in the city. The rooms are spacious and filled with light, creating a tranquil and elegant atmosphere. The breakfast served in the private indoor and outdoor terrace is simply magical, offering a delightful start to the day.

The rooftop terrace, which I was looking forward to experiencing, unfortunately, was still under renovation during my stay.

Beautiful contemporary design with attention to detail. Fantastic breakfast menu with homemade offerings. Helpful and fluent English-speaking staff. Prime location for exploring the area. Spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms with thoughtful touches.
