Convenient location right in the city center and within walking distance of many attractions and shopping areas. Comfortable beds and good showers for a relaxing stay. the presence of two pools and a jacuzzi was a great bonus.

There should be clearer signage or reminders for guests to keep noise levels down after 10 pm, as we were disturbed by other guests at a late hour.

Excellent service, bellhops, downtown location, walkable to shops and restaurants, easy taxi access, lovely pools.

I recently stayed at Los Cocos in Chetumal for a few days and had a great experience. The hotel is easy to find and in a good location, close to shopping, local culture, and safe for travelers. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had all the amenities I needed. The pool area was nice and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The restaurant inside the hotel served delicious food with generous portions. The doormen were attentive and the hotel offered easy parking. Los Cocos provided excellent value and a comfortable stay.
