stayed at a great boutique hotel in an up-and-coming area of tulum. massive room with juliet balcony, outdoor shower, and plunge pool. on-site manager was incredibly helpful with arranging activities and giving local advice. exceeded expectations.

Lack of proper security for valuables.

Had a fantastic holiday over Christmas at a small boutique hotel. Our room was spacious with a Juliet balcony and a lovely bathroom with an outdoor shower and plunge pool. We enjoyed the privacy and the peacefulness of the location, away from the main hub. One of the best aspects was the on-site manager, Fede, who was incredibly helpful and attentive, providing us with great recommendations and assisting with any travel delays.

There was some construction noise from a nearby site, impacting the tranquility of the pool area during the day. the kitchen in our deluxe room was not fully equipped, making it difficult to prepare meals.

Quiet and serene ambiance, helpful and friendly staff, excellent breakfast, lovely pool area, spacious and well-furnished rooms.

Nothing everything was great.

This hotel has a great location, just a short walk from downtown where you can find plenty of restaurants and shops. It's also in an up-and-coming area of Tulum with easy access to major attractions. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with beautiful boho/chic decor. Some even have a private plunge pool or rooftop pool for added luxury. The staff provides excellent service, always ready to assist with anything you need. And the on-site pool area is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a delicious Pina Colada.

There were a few issues with cleanliness during our stay. We received stained sheets twice and the cleaning staff didn't always provide fresh towels and sheets.

We had such a fantastic stay at this place! The hotel is located in a trendy and up-coming area, just a short walk away from the bustling downtown. Our room was incredibly spacious and had a luxurious feel to it. We were thrilled to have our own private plunge pool, which was perfect for cooling off during the hot days and nights. The concierge, Fede, went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed, from arranging taxis to providing food recommendations. He even helped our family in the UK organize a special anniversary surprise in our room! The pool area was a fantastic spot to relax and unwind, and we couldn't get enough of the delicious Pina coladas made by the barman.

Great find! the hotel is nestled in an upcoming area that's convenient to walk around. We had a massive room with a balcony and an awesome bathroom that had an outdoor shower and a plunge pool, which felt really private. the drink on arrival was delicious.

The road leading up to the hotel was treacherous with tons of potholes, so driving there was a little scary. However, the hotel staff was really helpful with our luggage.
