The location of the hotel was great, situated in the Sierra Gordas with easy access to nature destinations nearby. the staff was friendly and provided great service. the rooms were comfortable and the grounds were beautiful. the availability of hot water was a plus, especially for a relaxing weekend getaway.

The food options at the restaurant were limited and the quality varied. It seemed that after the peak period, there were less buffet options available for breakfast and dinner.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel nestled in the beautiful grounds of the Sierra Gorda de Querétaro. The location by the man-made lake provided a peaceful and idyllic setting for relaxation. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms. The friendly staff went above and beyond to provide excellent service. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options. I also enjoyed taking a stroll around the hotel and taking advantage of the pools available in different locations. It truly was a great place to unwind and enjoy the natural surroundings.

I did notice some areas where the hotel could improve, particularly in terms of providing better training and staffing during busy periods.
