During my stay, I encountered a problem with the air conditioning, which would not go below 26C. However, the hotel addressed this issue promptly and provided me with a fan for the room.

I stayed at a hotel in Playa del Carmen that was conveniently located close to the 5th Avenue, just a short walk away. The room was simple but clean, with comfortable beds. The staff was friendly and the breakfast served was decent. I was impressed by the good Wi-Fi connection, which was a plus for me. Additionally, the hotel had a free laundromat available for guests to use, which was very practical.

I did find that the air vent in the room was too small, causing the air conditioning to be necessary even on cool nights.

The hotel is in a prime location, close to the bus station and supermarket. the included breakfast was surprisingly delicious and offered variety. We also appreciated the interior parking spots which were plentiful and made parking our car easy.

The room was quite small for three people and there was limited storage space making it difficult to navigate around the luggage. the bathroom lacked places to put our shower items, and there was nowhere to hang our towels.
