The location was great, with a food court next door offering good food at reasonable prices. The staff, especially Leticia, were friendly and attentive, and went above and beyond to help us arrange bus transportation. The room and grounds were clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The pool was well maintained and we enjoyed being able to swim until 10pm. The hotel is also in close proximity to Vallarta Tours, and there is a food truck park nearby offering a variety of options. we had a pleasant stay and found the hotel to be convenient and comfortable for our family.

I stayed at this hotel during my summer vacation and I was pleasantly surprised by the luxurious amenities and excellent service. The location of the hotel is perfect, with easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. The grounds are simply beautiful and well-maintained, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. They even allowed me to bring my dogs with me, which was a huge plus. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

I did encounter a small issue with the air conditioning in my room, but the staff quickly resolved the problem the following morning. Although I had to wait, the staff were extremely courteous and respectful throughout the process.

The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and just a short bus ride to the downtown area. The rooms were spacious and had all the amenities we could ask for, including a mini-bar and a sitting area. We spent most of our days lounging by the large, clean pool and enjoying the sun on the terrace. the hotel provided a comfortable and relaxing experience.

There weren't many downsides to this hotel. The only thing we would recommend is being prepared for the cost of cab rides, as the hotel was not within walking distance of many attractions.

One of the negative aspects of my stay was the cleanliness of the rooms. When I switched rooms, the new one had not been cleaned before I moved in, and it took two days for them to clean it after I complained.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Puerto Vallarta. The room was excellent, with a huge bed and a great mattress. The pool area and pool were also excellent, and there were plans to add more loungers. The kitchen was functional and perfect for making our own meals. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Also, the location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to buses and walking distance to the marina.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Puerto Vallarta! The staff, especially Leticia, were fantastic and went above and beyond to help me with transportation arrangements. The hotel is conveniently located on the bus line, making it easy to explore the whole area. The food court next door offers delicious meals at affordable prices, and the outdoor setting is lovely. Additionally, the hotel is within walking distance to several restaurants, shopping malls, and a large grocery store. The large, clean pool and comfortable loungers were perfect for relaxing, and the beds in my room were very comfortable. The hotel also provided strong wifi, plenty of hot water, and a fenced dog park for pet owners. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

The bell captain, Jaime, was incredibly helpful. Onsite pets were no issue. The pool was beautiful and surrounded by palm trees. The Jr Suite had a great layout. The location next to the food park and grocery store was convenient. Guests were responsible and courteous. The hotel had a lovely old Vallarta style and well-maintained gardens. It was pet friendly with a nice dog park.

I was pleasantly surprised by Puerto De Luna. The location, while not on the beach, was convenient with a Super Store nearby for all your needs. The pool was private and relaxing, and the lush grounds provided a serene atmosphere. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, with the option to upgrade to a suite. The staff was courteous and prompt in resolving any issues. I also enjoyed the option to take day trips, such as a boat ride to an island for 400 peso.

The restaurant lacked air conditioning and wasn't open for dinner.
