I got great value for my money at Singular Dream Beach Residences. The room was spacious and well-equipped. The location was excellent, with multiple restaurants and convenient stores within walking distance. The rooftop pool had a beautiful view and there were multiple pools to relax in. The staff at reception were helpful and quickly resolved any issues we had.

The morning meal could be improved with more variety and options.

The rooftop area is amazing with several pools and comfortable beds. the location is perfect, away from the busy main street but close enough to a variety of great restaurants. the bar offers cheap drinks and the breeze from the sea is simply relaxing.

The customer service was not good. the receptionist ignored me while chatting with a colleague.

The new, big, and clean apartment was well-equipped and the daily cleaning service was a nice touch. The location was perfect, with the beach just 2 minutes away and plenty of nice restaurants nearby. The rooftop amenities and views were incredible!

The rooftop at the hotel was amazing with lovely pools, a comfortable lounging area, and an excellent gym. We enjoyed spending time there as foreign tourists.

I recently stayed at a new and beautiful apartment near the beach, and my experience at Singular Dream Beach Residences exceeded all expectations. The location was perfect, just a couple of minutes from the beach and a short walk to the 5th Avenue. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a beautifully decorated lounge/kitchen area. I particularly loved the huge balcony with a stunning view of the ocean. The highlight, however, was the rooftop pool area. It had three pools, plenty of comfortable beds, and a bar serving cheap drinks. There were also many nice restaurants nearby, giving me a variety of dining options.

The location of the hotel is amazing, only a short walk to the beach and close to all the shops and restaurants. The rooms are modern and well-decorated, with comfortable beds and excellent bathrooms. The rooftop patio is a standout feature, with multiple pools and a bar offering cheap drinks.

the newly built apartments/rooms are located in a peaceful area of Playa and exceeded all our expectations. the comfortable bed and well-equipped kitchen/lounge area were beautifully decorated. We loved the spacious balcony with its stunning sea view. the highlight was definitely the rooftop, which boasted three pools, plenty of cozy sun loungers, and a bar serving incredibly affordable drinks. We also enjoyed exploring Calle 38, a short walk away, with its array of delightful Tulum-style restaurants and a craft brewery.

I had a fantastic stay at a modern, well-decorated apartment in a lovely location. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen area was well equipped. The rooftop with three pools and a bar was amazing. The hotel is also conveniently located near great restaurants and the beach.

The room was on the smaller side and there was an extra charge for changing towels. The internet was unreliable at times.

the 1-bedroom apartment I stayed in was not only huge but also impeccably clean. the price I paid for 4 nights was exceptionally good. the highlight, however, was the breathtaking rooftop area with its stunning views of the sea. I spent a lot of time relaxing by the 3 pools and jacuzzi, truly a memorable experience. the location of the residence was unbeatable, just a short walk from the beach, great restaurants, and the famous 5th avenue. the friendly staff and modern design added to the overall excellence, making me want to stay here again.
