We loved everything about our stay at this hotel. Every single staff member was amazing and so nice. The food and drinks were outstanding, much better than any all-inclusive we've stayed at before. The corner suite we stayed in had an amazing view, and the beds were so comfortable. We also loved the stocked fridge with sparkling water and juices for our kids. The kids club was a lot of fun for our daughter, she wanted to go every day. We definitely would go back to this hotel.

The location of the resort was ideal, with easy access to the garage valet and a variety of activities, from the water park to beach activities. The master suite provided spacious accommodation and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The service from the staff was attentive and the breakfast options were satisfying. The view from the room was stunning, allowing guests to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The facilities, such as the pool area and bars, provided excellent options for relaxation and entertainment.

I recently stayed at Dreams and had a fantastic experience! The hotel staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel well taken care of during my solo trip. The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered stunning views. The all-inclusive option was a huge plus, with unlimited food supply and top-class breakfasts. I also loved the rooftop pool and bar, with amazing views day and night. The hotel's location was perfect, away from busy areas and with a serene setting. The free water taxi to the mall was a nice touch, and the beach was just enough for everyone to enjoy, with minimal seaweed. a superb stay with great facilities!

The rooms were amazing, with spacious interiors and beautiful ocean views from the balcony. the hotel also had a fantastic rooftop pool with plenty of shade, making it perfect for relaxing. Another great feature was the large variety of tasty food options for both breakfast and dinner.

One downside was the limited size of the beach area, which didn't offer anything particularly special. Additionally, getting an Uber to the hotel was a bit of a challenge due to it being in a gated community, which meant relying on taxis at a higher cost.

The hotel is ideally situated in a beautiful tourist area, with easy access to a water park. Dining is an enjoyable experience with a variety of restaurants to choose from. Guests can also enjoy a plethora of activities available on the stunning beach. The breakfast is also delicious and offers many options. Guests can enjoy great views from the well-equipped rooms, making their stay extra special.

Some guests have reported a lack of variety in the kids' menu.

The food was delicious and the variety of restaurants was impressive. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend Dreams to anyone looking for a luxurious getaway.

Absolutely stunning resort with spacious rooms, rooftop infinity pool, and ocean front master suite. Excellent amenities, variety of restaurants, and top shelf liquors available. Attentive service from staff and a near perfect spa experience. Plenty of activities for the family, making it an ideal destination. Highly recommended for a family vacation.

The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, and the service from all the staff was exceptional. the property was clean and had beautiful views. I especially loved the pool and the variety of activities they offered, both for kids and adults. the gym was excellent and had a great view while working out. the room was fabulous, very spacious with an amazing view. the choice of dining options was wonderful, and the entertainment each night was enjoyable. the service in the executive lounge made us feel special. it was a fantastic experience.

The service from Erika at the Beach bar/pool was outstanding. She was attentive, efficient, and a total sweetheart. She made our time at the pool even more enjoyable with her friendly and warm demeanor. I had a great experience at Dreams Vista.

The property was beautiful. The front desk staff/concierge were friendly and helpful. Housekeepers did a great job. Room service was quick and waiters were polite. The pool was huge with lots of activities. Bartenders made good drinks and pool staff were attentive. Zip lining was so much fun and staff were patient and courteous. Great hotel with comfortable rooms, nice views, chilled pool area, and tasty food. Fitness center and wellness areas were worth trying out. Perfect stay with a bargain price and friendly service.

The hotel had a great selection of restaurants and the food was unlimited, which was a treat for my taste buds. the rooms were clean and spacious, with a heavenly view. the staff was friendly and provided good customer service. the hotel also had reasonable taxi rates, making it convenient for getting around. One more advantage was that they offered 24-hour room service, which was quick and convenient.

On the downside, the private beach area was small, which was a disappointment. Another issue was that the vegetarian options in each restaurant were limited, with mostly one option without egg.

During my recent stay at Dreams Vista, 99% of the resort employees were exceptionally kind and polite. The club and VIP areas exceeded my expectations, and the location was perfect for exploring Cancun. The golf course at Puerta Cancun was a fantastic bonus, and I enjoyed the convenience of the on-site scuba diving and boat transportation to shopping.

The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and a wide range of beach activities available. Not to mention, the breakfast was delicious and the transportation service, arranged by Ivonne, was prompt and efficient.
