I had the most amazing stay at a beach hotel in Tulum. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel like part of the family. The rooms were beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean, with top-notch linens and a comfortable bed. The highlight was the terrace, where I could admire the breathtaking ocean and moon every night. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance to all the restaurants and shops in the area. The on-site restaurant, Ziggy's, served some of the best gourmet food on the strip, accompanied by live music every night. I can't wait to go back!

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

We loved the absolute privacy of this hotel. The multiple room terraces, one in the shade and one in the sun, were perfect for enjoying the beautiful weather. The food was absolutely delicious and the hotel's location was convenient, with many different restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby. We also appreciated the allocated beach seats, which meant no early morning scramble to find a spot. The staff were very friendly and many of them spoke English, making our stay even more enjoyable.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of several nice restaurants, allowing guests to easily explore dining options in the area. Additionally, the hotel is situated exactly in the middle of the Tulum beach road, providing easy access to the various attractions and activities along the coastline. Another advantage is that the hotel is nestled down a canal between lagoons, offering a peaceful and secluded atmosphere for guests to enjoy during their stay.

There is a minor issue with the cleanliness of the restaurant's tables, which can be a bit off-putting for guests.

Luxurious property with well-maintained, private rooms featuring nice balconies and whirlpools. Fantastic adult-only atmosphere, safe, and health-oriented with farm-to-table food. Friendly and helpful staff, plus a large pool and a relaxing private beach with personal beach beds. Great location, close to many restaurants and walkable areas. Nice breakfast and other quality, organic food with expansive options.

The staff was amazing. The suite was incredible with thoughtful amenities like beach bag and flip flops. The rooftop jacuzzi provided a fun experience with stunning views. Fresco's breakfast was the best. Great location near restaurants and bars. Biking to Tulum ruins was easy. The pool was quiet and relaxing. The Whatsapp concierge service was super responsive. This hotel was the highlight of our holiday!

Felt fine, no complaints at all.

We definitely got our money's worth with our stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable and we loved the rooftop jacuzzi with a great view of the stars. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and a short bike ride away from restaurants and attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

Hotel breakfast could use some improvement.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for our honeymoon and we were blown away. The staff was amazing, from the welcoming front desk to the friendly Food & Beverage team. The ocean view from our room was breathtaking and the beach was perfect for morning meditation and kite surfing. The hotel provided a sense of security with a dedicated security person and the privacy was well-respected. The food was spectacular, with a wide selection and the staff was always ready to accommodate special requests. The rooms were beautifully simple, fitting perfectly with the natural surroundings.

Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

We got great value for our money at The Beach. The room was comfortable and had amazing amenities. The location was beautiful and the staff treated us like royalty.

The most amazing view ever! Our deluxe beachfront room was perfect! We loved the hammock on the balcony and the shower with a view. The staff was always friendly and attentive. Great breakfast at Ziggy's. we had a dreamy, relaxing vacation.

The morning meal could be improved with faster service, as we found ourselves waiting quite a while for our coffee one morning.
