The room was spacious and had a well-stocked kitchen, allowing us to easily prepare meals. The bed was huge and comfortable, and the room was cleaned to a high standard daily. The pool areas were beautiful, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. The location was great, within walking distance of fantastic restaurants and bars in Tulúm town. Highly recommended!

Additionally, the breakfast had a good variety of options to choose from. The hotel also had multiple swimming pools, perfect for relaxing and unwinding.

I did notice that the showers didn't always have hot water, which was a bit disappointing.

We had a great time! the complimentary breakfast was delicious and we loved the large swimming pools. the location was very peaceful and private. We also enjoyed the unique amenity of having our own plunge pool on the balcony.

The Wi-Fi was spotty at times and we wish there was a shuttle service to the nearby beach. But overall, we had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Good location, spacious rooms with breakfast and private plunge pool. Fully equipped kitchen in bigger studios, though we didn't use it. Loved the bathroom amenities, wished they were available for purchase. Attentive staff, quick response on Whatsapp for food and taxi orders.
