From the moment we arrived at Unico, the customer care from the staff was excellent! Our room far exceeded our expectations, with stunning views over the beach and a fully stocked minibar. The all-inclusive rate included a fantastic New Year's Eve Masquerade party and delicious meals at the resort's four restaurants. The variety of daily activities, from cookery classes to floating yoga, kept us entertained throughout our stay. Unico offered all the advantages of an all-inclusive resort without feeling like a zoo.

The beach was not easily accessible due to seaweed, and the excursions were quite expensive. We had some communication issues with the staff, particularly with reservations and activities scheduling.

the luxurious amenities, including the breathtaking infinity pool and ocean view from our room, were beyond expectations. the poolside snack bar offered delicious gourmet food options, and the spa and wellness center provided an ample variety of rejuvenating treatments. the exceptional service made us feel like we were treated like royalty, and this hotel's adults-only concept created an atmosphere of ultimate serenity.

Hence, we spent more time in the pool than we would have liked.

The Unico Hotel Riviera Maya is ideally located just a short walk away from the beautiful sandy beach, offering guests easy access to the shores and stunning ocean views. The sand is soft and perfect for lounging in the sun. Additionally, the main bars of the resort are conveniently located near the beach, allowing guests to enjoy refreshing drinks and cocktails while enjoying the beachfront ambiance.

One minor downside mentioned by guests was the occasionally long wait for room service orders, with some delays lasting over an hour.
