The location of this property was fantastic. It was just steps away from Playa Marlin, with a partial view of the ocean to enjoy while sipping my morning coffee. The hotel was quiet and the pools were peaceful. I appreciated the convenience of being a short walk from Kukulcan mall and the nearby bus stop. All the tours I booked were punctual and the hotel was always one of the first pick-up and drop-off locations. The staff, especially Angel and Alejandra, were friendly and attentive.

There was a grocery store right across the street and a shopping mall within walking distance. Oscar, our host, was incredibly helpful and responsive. We loved having the option to cook in the apartment or dine at nearby restaurants. The resort had excellent security and the staff were always attentive.

Stayed at a "charming" place in Cancun, with lovely pools and convenient location. The room had a "breathtaking" view of. well, nothing really. But who needs a view when you have a concrete wall, right?
