We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. We had no issues with parking and found transportation easily accessible. The location, perched on top of a hill in a busy section of town, was rare and provided stunning views. Additionally, we were pleasantly surprised to find ourselves near many excellent restaurants. The breakfast provided by the hotel was delicious, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

During my Christmas stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm and welcoming staff at the hotel. They were able to communicate with us in English, which made the check-in process a breeze. One of the best aspects of the hotel was the complimentary happy hour. We enjoyed delicious appetizers, including lasagna and fajitas, along with a variety of wines and beers. It was a great way to unwind after a long day of traveling. Additionally, the rooms were spotless and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and cozy atmosphere.

I did have a couple of negative experiences during my stay. the thin and small sheets provided were not suitable for our group of four people.

We stayed at Wingate for a few days while visiting a nearby hospital. The suite was well-designed with a bathtub and plenty of hot water. The location is super safe and we were able to walk to the mall and catch affordable Ubers downtown and to the airport. The AC worked great in the Chihuahua heat, and the restaurant was fantastic.
