I would stay here again in a heart beat. The staff, especially Laura and Gabriel, were so kind and helpful. The location was stunning. The room was huge with views of the pool and ocean. Attractive, funky decor in well maintained rooms. Close to the beach.

The location of the hotel is great for exploring the Tulum beach front as it is close to some amazing breakfast and lunch spots. It is convenient to get around with taxis or by walking and bike riding. The rooms are clean and cozy with comfortable beds, and the staff provides excellent service. The hotel also offers a delicious breakfast and has facilities like a pool and lounge chairs for relaxation.

The only drawback is that on weekends, the main street outside the hotel can get congested with traffic.

I recently stayed at a hotel that was by the beach and it was amazing! The location was perfect and gave me the illusion that I was on a private island. The staff was great and made me feel welcome every time. The service was excellent and they even had a lot of amenities like a spa, swimming pool, and tours available. I especially enjoyed happy hour and the beautiful terrace that overlooked the ocean. The hotel had a great restaurant that served special diet menus and every plate was heavenly.

We loved Zamas Hotel! Super clean rooms, comfy beds, and helpful staff. Great location near restaurants and shops. Safety was a priority with security patrolling.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and it was incredible! the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with cozy beds and a clean bathroom. the location was key, with easy access to the beach and a short walk to the bar/restaurant area. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing personalized service and a warm welcome. We loved the fact that there were hammocks on the balcony, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful views. Definitely a great advantage to have such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere during the holidays.

The only downside was that the hotel was located next to a busy road, which could get a bit noisy at times. However, this didn't detract too much from the overall experience, as everything else was pretty perfect.

I loved the colorful and artful architecture of this beachfront hotel and enjoyed swimming in the huge pool every day. Despite the seaweed on the beach, the staff was very helpful and informative about visiting during better dates. I recommend this paradise home.

The location was perfect, with plenty of nearby hotels, restaurants, shops, and beaches. Transportation was easy, with taxis readily available. We would definitely recommend this centrally located beach hotel!
