This hotel is in a fantastic location, near Ulaanbaatar City center and within easy walking distance of the square. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are spacious with all the facilities you need. The breakfast is delicious with plenty of options to choose from.

No major issues, everything was satisfactory.

The location of this hotel is the only thing I liked about it. It's a very short walk to Chinggis Khan Square, making it central and within short walks to attractions, shops, and restaurants. Despite the few blocks away from the city square, the hotel is good enough and offers good value for money.

Breakfast was adequate but not really good. The food was sometimes cold when it should have been hot.

the room at Platinum Hotel was very spacious and had excellent air-conditioning. I was pleasantly surprised when they allowed me to check in early. the location was fantastic, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and it was just a short walk to the main square. the English-speaking staff were friendly and helpful, even assisting me in finding a driver for my day trips to Terelj national park and the Genghis Khan memorial statue. the hotel restaurant served delicious food, although it was a bit pricey.

The room size was great and the bed was comfortable enough for me to sleep well. the breakfast had hot and cold food options, and the coffee was really good. the hotel was located in a central area close to many shops and restaurants, which was convenient.

The staff were not very helpful and their English was not very good. They didn't seem to know much about the area or things to do.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk to Chinggis Khan Square. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, with great English skills. The premium rooms were spacious and well-equipped, perfect for accommodating a large group. The hotel manager even opened the breakfast buffet early for our convenience. a highly enjoyable stay.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Our room had beautiful mahogany color furniture, including the bathroom door. The bed was very comfortable and the AC worked fine. The location of the hotel is also great, making it easy to explore the city. I would recommend this hotel for its comfortable rooms and convenient location.
