They even went the extra mile by storing my luggage after check-out and offering me a complimentary late check-out when my flight got delayed. it was a truly pleasant experience.

The smoking room was in terrible condition, reminding us of the USSR. It was unexpected for a new 5-star property with such a good reputation to have such a poorly maintained smoking room.

I recently stayed at the Shangri-La in Ulaanbaatar and it was an absolutely amazing experience. The rooms were large and beautifully furnished, making me feel like I was in a luxurious oasis. The bathrooms were especially luxurious with great water pressure in the showers. I also had stunning views of the city and distant mountains, which added to the overall ambiance of the hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with luxurious bed linens and pillows that made for a great night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel had a wide variety of TV channels, many of which were in English.
