I absolutely loved the location of this hotel. It took a bit of getting used to the layout of the old town, but it was worth it. Being in the center meant I was close to the markets and other attractions, making it convenient to explore. Additionally, the hotel had excellent facilities. The pool area was beautiful and provided a great spot to relax and take some stunning pictures. The rooftop terrace also offered breathtaking views of the city.

The noise level at night was unbearable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the lack of proper communication and assistance from the staff was also disappointing, as there was no local phone number provided and they did not seem to care about addressing any concerns.

we stayed at a lovely hostel in the centre of the Medina, and found the location to be perfect for exploring. the staff were friendly and helpful, and overall we felt it was really good value for money. We especially enjoyed the amazing massage in the spa, and the cool terrace was a great place to relax. the hot shower was appreciated, and the comfortable enough room met our needs. We also liked the fact that the pool was clean and provided a nice break from the chaos and heat of Marrakech.
