The staff at the hotel were exceptional, providing excellent customer service and always with a smile. They went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. The hotel itself was clean and the rooms were spacious, with a cozy area to relax. The terrace was a lovely bonus, offering a great view of this vibrant city. The staff even arranged transportation to and from the airport, making my trip hassle-free.

They took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel safe as a solo female traveler. The hotel's location is perfect, just a 2-minute walk from the famous market, allowing me to truly immerse myself in the Moroccan spirit. Plus, the restaurant next door serves delicious food and even delivers it to the rooftop. I highly recommend Central Palace and can't wait to stay there again on my next trip to Marrakech.
