We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Mr. Zakaria, at the front desk were incredibly helpful and professional. They reassured us after reading negative reviews online and addressed any issues we had promptly. The location of the hotel was very convenient as it was within walking distance to the train station, Hassan II mosque, and the old medina. We also appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, as well as the comfortable beds and pillows. The breakfast was decent, and the staff was accommodating towards our food allergies. the hotel facilities, transportation options, and the helpfulness of the staff made our stay enjoyable.

The hotel has a great location, close to the city center, train and bus stations, and the famous mosque. However, the facilities are far from being of good quality. Rooms lack basic amenities such as towels and coffee makers. Moreover, the breakfast is not well organized.

This made it extremely convenient for exploring the center of the city and accessing various attractions. the rooms were clean and the breakfast provided was average, offering a decent start to the day.

During my xmas stay, I have to admit that there were some positive aspects of this hotel. they offered us complimentary breakfast which was a thoughtful touch. the hotel is conveniently located near the central area which made it easy for us to explore the city. the room was relatively spacious and had a pleasant view of the city.

Sadly, my experience at this hotel was not great as there were some negative aspects that outweighed the positives. the shower was poorly designed and water would leak everywhere, leaving the floor all wet and slippery.
