The spaces and patios were clean and cozy, providing beautiful spots to relax. The hotel facilities were great, including a deep plunge pool style bathtub in our spacious room. The location was perfect, not on the main tourist route but only a short walk to the main square and close to all the attractions in the area. The breakfast was delicious, with natural orange juice to start our day. We also appreciated the convenient transfer service from/to the airport.

The manager, Mrs Bouchra, went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and taken care of.

Our stay at Riad Karmela was an absolute delight. The moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with traditional Moroccan mint tea and biscuits by a staff member named Amine. He patiently went through all the amenities of the riad and even showed us a book with various tours we could take. We decided to go on an Atlas Mountains tour, which turned out to be an incredible experience. The driver was patient and allowed us to make numerous stops for photos along the way. We were also taken on a trek through the mountains by an experienced guide. The food at the riad was outstanding, and we had dinner here on multiple nights. Each meal was a delicious treat, and we even tried their famous ice cream, which was the best we've ever tasted. The staff was incredibly courteous and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. The riad itself had plenty of open spaces to relax, including rooftop sun beds and seating. The breakfast provided each morning was a scrumptious smorgasbord that my son absolutely loved. our stay at Riad Karmela was exceptional, and we will definitely consider coming back in the future.
