We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel just across the river from the historic downtown of this beautiful city. The location couldn't have been better - within easy reach of the city centre and with stunning views of the river and old town from our room's balcony. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. They even set up a special breakfast table on the sunny side of the riverside terrace just for us. The breakfast itself was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.

Cleanliness was not up to par, found used cups in the room and received another used cup when requesting a new one. Bed was uncomfortable and bar service was slow.
