The room I stayed in was spacious and well-appointed, with all the modern amenities I could ask for, including a comfortable sitting area and a lovely terrace overlooking the picturesque garden. The hotel also offers a wide range of facilities, including an indoor swimming pool, spa and wellness center, where I indulged in a rejuvenating massage and relaxing sauna session. The dining options at the hotel were also impressive, with a restaurant serving delicious Dutch cuisine and a charming Grand Café for more laid-back meals. my experience at this hotel was truly enhanced by the luxurious amenities, stunning surroundings, and top-notch service.

The hotel was situated in a beautiful area surrounded by tall trees and gorgeous houses. The room offered a stunning view of the nearby forest and had comfortable beds for a good night's sleep. The breakfast served at the hotel was tasty and satisfied our cravings for the morning.

The hotel staff is not very helpful and lacks proper communication. The service was really slow, and we didn't get the facilities that we paid for, like a baby crib, which other hotels offer for free. Additionally, the amenities weren't up to the mark, and the room needed better maintenance.

We enjoyed the beautiful location in the woods, spacious room for our family, friendly and helpful staff, thoughtful amenities for kids, amazing reception service, nice restaurant.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The breakfast spread was delicious and served directly to our room. the hotel offered the convenience of takeaway coffee. The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was nestled in the forest just outside the city, allowing for scenic walks and breathtaking views. the hotel was in close proximity to the Thialf Icehockey stadium, providing easy access for sports enthusiasts.

The only downside was that certain areas of the hotel were not adequately cleaned, particularly the lamps and other items covered in dust.
