Can honestly say - nothing not to like.

I recently stayed at this gem of a hotel overlooking the water and it exceeded my expectations. The value for money was exceptional, with a clean and welcoming room that had the comfiest bed. The location was a hidden gem, nestled beside the Maritime museum and offering a peaceful oasis away from the hustle and bustle. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel right at home.

Breakfast delights could be improved with more affordable options.

The value for money at this hotel is excellent. For the price, you get clean rooms with great showers and adequate heating and cooling measures. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and the basic amenities are spotless. The restaurant serves wonderful food, and sitting outside overlooking the canals at sunset is amazing. The breakfast, with its perfectly cooked egg, super coffee, and super orange juice, is set for those who purchased the inclusive package.

No major issues, everything was fine.

As youngsters, we loved the spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The staff, especially Chris, was exceptionally kind and made us feel at home. The location was perfect, with a great view of the ship and a unique, historic atmosphere. The restaurant served delicious food and the prices were reasonable. We would definitely stay again and recommend it to everyone!

The hotel's maritime quarter location was charming and quiet. The decor is funky and unique. We loved the individualized breakfasts and the view from our window was stunning. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at Pension Homeland for the second time and once again had a perfect experience. The staff were friendly, the location was ideal, and the food, especially the breakfast, was delicious. It was great to be in a quiet area while still feeling the essence of Amsterdam. The hotel's wonderful water views and proximity to the center were a bonus. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough!

The hotel's location is perfect, just a short walk from the city center and near the waterfront. It's also conveniently close to the Maritime museum and many other attractions. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and have a charming mid-century vibe. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is fantastic with an excellent view of the city.

This hotel is located in a very quiet area really close to the centre of Amsterdam. It's on a marina that was previously a naval base, which makes for beautiful views on water. The basic amenities in the rooms are great, and my room had a two-sided view with a spacious bathroom.

Comfortable bed and nice bathroom, with eco-friendly linen change option. Good location 20 minutes from the city center. Enjoyable canal views, relaxing music and beautiful patios. Ample breakfast included, with a restaurant on site for lunch and dinner. Friendly staff, many locals frequent the area.

Loved the authentic atmosphere of this converted military building, with its basic furniture and quirky interior. the location was spot on, set in a green area with stunning harbour views, and just a short walk or tram ride from the city's action. Two thumbs up for the great selection of tea and coffee making facilities on each floor for those who need a caffeine fix.

The food was a bit hit or miss for my taste buds, with a random breakfast and unusual dinner menu. Vegetarian choices were limited at dinner and portion sizes overall weren't that generous.
