The hotel staff provided exceptional service when we lost our luggage during our stay. Renee went above and beyond to help us retrieve our bags and saved our entire vacation. The room was comfortable and breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend Radisson for your Amsterdam stay.

I had an exceptional stay at a hotel with a great location in central Amsterdam. The staff was friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel's decor and furnishings were tasteful, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The location was perfect, allowing me easy access to all the main attractions of the city. Additionally, the hotel's architectural beauty and modern design impressed me, making it one of the top hotels I've ever stayed at. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Amsterdam.

We stayed in a fantastic family suite with a double bedroom and adjoining living area. The views over the canals were lovely and the bathroom with a jacuzzi was fabulous. The hotel was right in the city center, making it easy to explore everything we wanted to see. It was also close to the red light district area, which added a unique vibe to our stay. Plus, we could easily reach the hotel on foot from the Centraal Station.

The staff on reception were rude and unhelpful, which really tainted our experience.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable with great marble bathrooms. Two complementary facts were very much appreciated. the hotel's key location meant we were within walking distance of many tourist attractions and amenities. the staff was very friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home.

The room service menu was limited, with only a club sandwich and burger as the main meal options. the burger was not well-prepared and was served cold, making us regret the 60€ we spent on it.

We loved staying here as it was right in the heart of the city. This venue had all the amenities we could ask for, including excellent room service, laundry, tours/ticket assistance and much more. The staff were incredibly friendly and gave us great advice and tips for things to do and see in the city. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed including a mini-bar and patio. Breakfast was fantastic and reasonably priced.

The hotel is conveniently located near public transportation, shops, and restaurants. It's just a short walk to the nearest tram stop, and we were able to explore the busy area with ease. The De Palmboom restaurant was exceptional, and our dinner there was a highlight. The breakfast was also very good, with a lot of choice. The room was comfortable and had all the necessary facilities, including a clean bathroom.

The system where the hotel makes an advance deduction from the credit card "just in case" can be frustrating.

Heating was a problem. I needed 3 comforters to sleep.

Great location, comfortable bed, and clean rooms. The staff, especially Louis, was very helpful with directions and even booked our tickets to the Rijksmuseum. The Snug bar was a nice spot to relax and watch football. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.
