The staff personally guided us from the airport to the location, going above and beyond. The second room on our return trip was more spacious. The free late-night shuttle was easily located. Breakfast was delicious, and they even offered an early breakfast option. The staff's exceptional service was evident when they retrieved a lost cellphone before my flight.

We recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Managua. Don Carmelo, the helpful owner, made sure our experience was top-notch from start to finish. When we arrived, they were waiting for us with a sign and a comfortable air-conditioned van. Despite the neighborhood not being the best, there were shops nearby and we felt safe walking around during the day. In the evening, Henry kindly ordered in delicious food for us or we could venture a few blocks away to a frittanga. the rooms, although small, were equipped with great AC and a wide selection of TV channels. In the morning, they even prepared a light breakfast for us before driving us to the airport bright and early at 5 am. It's hard to find such exceptional services for such a reasonable price!

We were also impressed with their exceptional customer service when we accidentally left behind an expensive camera and they promptly delivered it to the airport without any hassle. We highly recommend Don Carmelo for its helpful staff, convenient location, and overall excellent experience.
