Great breakfast with a variety of options. Loved the strong coffee and healthy choices like porridge. the location was perfect. Close to everything we wanted to explore, yet the room was quiet and peaceful.

The room was lacking in amenities and felt quite basic for the price we paid. No safe, no minibar, and no bathroom amenities other than an all-purpose bath/hair gel.

The location is unbeatable, right at the train station with views of the central square and the opera house. The hotel is modern and clean, with friendly staff and a fantastic design. The room sizes are huge, providing excellent value for money. Easy access to trams and buses, and within walking distance of many attractions such as the opera house and Munch museum. The option to not take daily room cleaning and the hotel's donation to a homeless children's program is a great initiative.

The location of the hotel is ideal, right at the train station where you come in from the airport and just right beside the railway station for ease of transport which means it is right in the city centre. The staff at the hotel are friendly and service-minded, providing helpful recommendations for tourist destinations. Additionally, the breakfast offered at the hotel is very nice, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

Some guests have mentioned that there were issues with broken or malfunctioning facilities at the hotel.

Amazing breakfast and location. We loved the variety of breakfast options, especially the Sunday brunch. the hotel's location is unbeatable with easy access to major transportation and shopping areas.

Confusing layout and fire alarm. The hotel's labyrinth-like layout was challenging to navigate, and the fire alarm sounded at an inconvenient time, causing unnecessary panic among guests.

My experience at the hotel was exceptional. The location was absolutely perfect, being right in the heart of the busiest street in downtown and inside the train station itself. The young and friendly staff were very helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated with brick walls. The breakfast was diverse and delicious, and I also appreciated the mezzanine with gym equipment for a morning workout. I highly recommend staying at Comfort Hotel Grand Central for its convenient location and great amenities.
