The room size was generous and the little kitchenette area was great. Everything was pristine clean, and the bed was crazy comfortable. The location was perfect, right in the center of town, close to shops and restaurants. I also loved that it was close to bars where I could unwind after a day of exploring. The hotel staff were really helpful and friendly, providing great recommendations for places to eat and organizing activities like helicopter flights for me. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and I especially appreciated the good laundry facilities they had.

Spent our Easter in a lovely motel with beautiful scenic views. the staff was friendly and accommodating, and they even offered us complementary tea and coffee. the location was perfect with everything needed nearby. We enjoyed exploring the local stores and restaurants. the best aspect was the short distance to attractions, which made it easy to plan out our day.

The parking was quite cramped having to climb over items in the trunk to exit the car. Unfortunately, there wasn't any table provided making it hard to eat meals, so we ended up eating on the bed.

Great location in Franz Josef. The motel is conveniently located close to the village and the hot pools, offering stunning views of the mountains from the lounge. We also appreciated the upgrade we received upon arrival, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The well-equipped kitchen with hobs and a microwave allowed us to cook our own meals, adding to the convenience and comfort of our stay.

The lack of hot water was a letdown. The shower only provided a weak trickle, and we had to boil the jug to get hot water for doing the dishes.
