the apartment was spacious and well-equipped with modern amenities. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing a warm welcome. the location was ideal, allowing easy access to walking trails and the village centre. the free upgrade to a lake view was a delightful surprise, and the under floor heating was much appreciated. having a spa and the option to use the pool in summer would be a treat. overall, a cozy and comfortable stay for families or groups.

Our family stayed at Alpine Resort for a week in a spacious apartment with stunning Lake and mountain views. the well-equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, and gas fireplace made our winter stay cozy. We enjoyed the games room, spa pool, and comfortable bedding. the underfloor heating in the bathroom was a nice touch, and the garage was convenient for our rental car.

cleanliness top-notch - great location - larger apartment than expected - all essentials provided. wish we stayed longer - beautiful views. loved the option to choose the bed arrangement. pools and gym a nice plus.

The spa pools were out of action during our stay, which was a bit disappointing.

We stayed here during Christmas and enjoyed the complementary chocolates and wine that were offered. the apartment had a great view and was equipped with a modern kitchen and laundry. Its location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area.

The apartment wasn't as clean as we would have liked, and there were some maintenance issues such as broken toilet roll holders and lights that didn't work. the noise from other guests was quite disruptive, especially late at night.

We had a great experience staying at this 4-star hotel. The people at the reception were really friendly and helpful. The apartment itself was amazing. It had a spacious layout with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The living room was lovely, and we especially enjoyed the great balcony that was exclusively for us. We even had our own garage with remote controlled doors, which added to the luxury feel. The apartment was very clean and well-maintained, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home. The staffs were efficient and prompt in assisting us with any requests. They even gave us souvenir mini bear toys, which was a nice touch.

Although this place is not within walking distance to the town center, we found the location to be good. However, a shuttle bus into town would have been ideal, especially for guests with walking issues or who prefer not to drive.
