Great location near town center and Milford Sound tour pickup. Spacious and new rooms, comfortable bed, and large clean shower. Welcoming hosts and well-equipped rooms with heating, iron, kettle, and microwave. Ideal base for exploring Te Anau and the surrounding area. Highly recommended.

Absolutely jaw-dropping comfy bed, super easy access to explore nearby areas, and LOVELY warm welcome. Rooms equipped with all necessary amenities for a short stay, including a heat pump for cozy warmth. Free parking, daily housekeeping, and friendly staff made for a mind-blowing stay.

Annies On Milford exceeded our expectations. the room was spacious, clean, and modern. the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the bathroom was large with a heater and heated clothes rack, and the shower was ample. the kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, and sink was convenient for meals. Great location close to the town center. Highly recommended for a wonderful stay.

The distance to the Glow Worm Caves must have been a warm-up for me. Ivon Wilson Park was practically my backyard, and Lake Henry was my private swimming spot. Such a thrill!

We stayed at Annies On Milford Motel for one night before our trip to Milford Sound and it was absolutely spotless. the room had everything we could hope for, and the bed was very comfortable. the shower was especially amazing after a long hike. the location was close to everything and we had a great sleep. If we had more time, it would have been a great home base for us.

Having recently stayed at this hotel in Te Anau, I can confidently say it was one of my best experiences in New Zealand. the room was not only comfortable but also spotlessly clean, making my stay very pleasant. the host was exceptionally kind, ensuring we had the best time possible. the location is perfect, just a short stroll from the town centre, offering a lovely lookout to the mountains and spacious rooms. the daily service was top-notch, and the laundry facilities in the unit were a great convenience.

A minor improvement could be adding more cutlery and crockery, especially for larger groups. having extra amenities like a kitchen towel and a recycle bin would enhance the stay even further.

Imagine waking up to such beauty every day! the TV was a perfect companion for my cozy nights in, accompanying me on my binge-watching adventures. the kitchenette was a lifesaver, allowing me to whip up quick meals without a fuss. No regrets choosing this spot for a serene getaway. A real rejuvenating experience.

We had an amazing time staying here with friends. The rooms were incredibly spacious and clean, with the most comfortable beds we've ever slept on. The owner was so helpful, giving us great recommendations. The location was perfect, being close to the center of town and within easy reach of all the attractions. The kitchenette was well-equipped and the Smart TV was a great bonus.

The carpet floor could have been vacuumed better, as we found some small bits of fluff and hair.
