I recently stayed at a budget motel in a charming town in New Zealand. The location was perfect, with shops and the main shopping center just a short walk away. The room was clean and tidy, and the bathroom was spotless. The motel was family-run, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. In the morning, I enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a fantastic view. it was a great experience and I would definitely stay there again.

I did notice that there could have been more amenities provided, such as larger bowls and more toilet paper in the room.

The room itself was clean, spacious, and well-kept, providing enough space for our family of four, including our teenagers. Parking was a breeze, and the location was perfect for day trips to Mt Cook and the Lake Tekapo Dark Sky project. Plus, being just down the street from the best bakery in New Zealand was an additional bonus!

We also enjoyed being able to relax outside on the patio with the comfortable garden furniture. The free toiletries provided were a nice touch, and having a fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare our own meals. The flat-screen TV and carpeted floors added to the overall comfort of the room. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the on-site car park was convenient. We had a wonderful time exploring the area and taking advantage of the hotel's amenities and facilities.
