We loved our stay at Hello Accommodation! The location was perfect, with a lovely view of the stars and just 5 minutes away from the amazing experience of the glow worm caves. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the dining area/living room had a cozy, at-home feel. The facilities were great, with comfortable beds, plenty of toilets and showers, and a full kitchen available for cooking. It felt like cabin camping with all the comforts we needed. We were also happy to have free parking and appreciated the bulletin board with useful information and maps posted around.

I was pleasantly surprised by the peacefulness of the place, tucked away from the busy streets. the location was convenient, with easy access to nearby food outlets and a supermarket. I had a great experience at Hello Accommodation and would definitely consider staying there again. Highly recommended. 🌟

the cute queen room at hello accommodation was perfect for our romantic trip - comfortable bed, friendly staff, and a convenient location near CBD and parks. we loved the no-alcohol policy for a quieter night and felt safe walking to nearby bars.

The showers are mind-blowing and the sizeable lockers in the bedrooms are jaw-dropping. The kitchen is super big and well stocked, with lots of fridges. The owner and staff are absolutely fantastic and talented, making you feel very welcome and at home. The bathroom facilities are clean and very private, while the beds are comfy with large wardrobes that can be locked. The location is great, just a few minutes' walk to various important places. Definitely a great choice for a comfortable stay!

I absolutely loved the colorful and artistic decoration throughout the hotel. It gave it a vibrant and lively atmosphere that made me feel happy and energized. The general areas were spacious and well-maintained, making it easy for me to move around and relax. Additionally, I found the hotel to be easily accessible for us senior folks, with clear signs and helpful staff offering assistance whenever needed.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is a bit more assistance from the staff in certain areas. While the children of the staff were friendly and polite, it would have been helpful to have more guidance or support in navigating through the facilities.

We had a great stay at the accommodation. the service and reception were excellent, and the staff were very helpful. the private double room we stayed in was clean, cozy, and offered a fantastic view. the kitchen was fully functional and well-equipped with plenty of space and appliances. the best part was the convenient location right in town, eliminating the need for transportation worries. We loved being able to explore restaurants, bars, shopping, and the waterfront, all within walking distance.

I was pleased to see little touches like plenty of pantry storage, making it an excellent choice for longer stays. the hostel offers free overnight street parking and nearby free parking during the day. One thing to note is the no drinking policy, which ensures a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere for everyone.
