The staff went above and beyond, providing us with an early check-in after our overnight flight with a young baby. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with great beds and a perfect cot. Plus, having a bath in the room was a nice touch. Parking was also convenient, with extra spaces available at certain times.

Comfortable, family-friendly, and very clean. Staff are welcoming and helpful. Parked easily. Main room decor was nice, bed was comfy, and appreciated having milk in the fridge.

We had an amazing stay here. The location was perfect, nestled in a lovely area with an incredible view of the surrounding rose garden. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, from the room cleaners to the staff manager. They gave us personalized service to make our stay the best experience. They had great leisure facilities, including a fitness center and a fantastic outdoor pool with a sun terrace. We enjoyed the delicious food at the restaurant, and the picnic area allowed us to enjoy the lovely weather. The room was comfortable, with everything you could need, from ironing facilities to flat-screen TV and direct dial telephone.

Despite a minor issue with the initial room, the staff quickly addressed our concern and moved us to a new room with an even better view. We appreciate the professionalism and quick response from the staff.

We stayed in a hotel close to Parnell Village shops and in front of a beautiful rose garden. We were able to take relaxing strolls to the gardens. It was also convenient to walk from the station. The room was quite spacious and the beds were comfortable.

my recent stay in auckland was fantastic, but rose park hotel made it even better. from the spacious rooms to the friendly staff and delicious food, everything exceeded my expectations. definitely a luxurious holiday experience.

This hotel has a great location, nestled in the peaceful Parnell area, just outside the city centre. The rooms are comfortable and cozy, with basic amenities and a balcony overlooking the beautiful rose gardens. The breakfast is a must-try, with an included option that is excellent value and a lovely view of the gardens while enjoying the meal.
