We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The Executive Suite we were upgraded to was amazing - spacious, comfortable, and with a beautiful view of the garden. The main lodge lounge was also delightful, and we enjoyed canapes and bubbles before dinner there. The included breakfast was great, and we treated ourselves to a delicious three-course dinner. The staff were friendly and very helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. this hotel provided a unique and special experience, with stunning views, great food, and exceptional service.

Homely, yet stunning at the same time. the lodge had a warm and inviting lounge where you could relax and socialize with other guests. the rooms were comfortable, warm, and had all the necessary amenities. the service provided by the staff was exceptional, going out of their way to ensure our comfort and making superb recommendations. the location of the lodge was perfect, situated on a small rise overlooking the lake, offering breathtaking panoramas during the day and impressive sunsets in the evening.

The beds in the rooms were too soft for my liking. Also, the dinner and wine at the lodge were a bit pricey, so be prepared to splurge if you choose to dine there.

The Best aspects of our Christmas stay at this lodge were the fabulous views of the lake and Alps from our room, and the excellent service provided by the staff. the location, being just a few miles north of the town, offered a peaceful and secluded setting, away from the hustle and bustle. We also really enjoyed the simplicity and elegance of the lodge, which blended well with the natural surroundings.

The Worst aspect of our stay was the lack of storage space in our room. We had to keep our suitcases open on the floor, which was a bit inconvenient.

We booked on a friend's recommendation as a treat for our "wedding moon" and were not disappointed. After a day in Milford Sound, we checked in to find out we had been upgraded to the Executive Suite, which was amazing! The main lodge lounge was fantastic and we enjoyed canapes with bubbles before dinner. The included breakfast and three course dinner were delicious. The hot tubs were also awesome. We're already planning to come back, maybe in winter to make the most of the huge fireplace!

The lodge itself was beautifully designed, and the location was stunning. the attention to detail was impeccable, with so many complimentary amenities like a load of laundry, pre-dinner drinks and canapés, and afternoon tea. the staff, especially Andy and his team, were extremely accommodating and helpful. They took care of everything and made me feel like royalty. the room was comfortable and had an amazing view of the lake. the meals, which were included, were of the highest quality and the menu choices were delicious. I can't say enough good things about this place, it truly was worth every penny!

There were a couple of downsides. the hostess in the dining room was quite unwelcoming and tried to segregate me from other guests by seating me in a distant corner, which was quite outrageous.

Located in a stunning alpine setting with beautiful views. Attentive owner and staff provided excellent service. Delicious meals and great wine selection. Cozy lodge with a fireplace and comfortable chalets. Highly recommended for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The stunning view of the lake and mountains was absolutely breathtaking. the staff members were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. the location was convenient for exploring the nearby attractions.

The lodge had a dated feel to it and could use some updating. the walls were thin, and we could hear noises from the neighboring rooms.

Our stay at Fiordland Lodge was absolutely magical! The room was clean, comfy, and had a lovely view of the garden. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Would definitely return!
