Just came back from a unique getaway in the bush near the sea. LOVED the luxurious room with the heated bathroom floor. the spa facilities were incredible! Would visit again. Photos don't do justice to the beauty here.

i had a fantastic time at Mercure, from the warm welcome to the cozy chalet stay. the restaurant served amazing food, with my partner loving the risotto, and i enjoyed an exceptional eye fillet. Thank you for a brilliant experience, we will definitely be returning 100%.

This place is nestled among the trees in a beautiful, serene location. The chalets are warm and welcoming, and you feel like you're the only one in this peaceful setting. The staff are friendly and accommodating, and the food is tasty and delivered hot. The lounge area is relaxing, and I enjoyed playing the board games provided.

The chalet we stayed in provided a cozy retreat, with a comfortable bed and the option to choose our own pillow. The restaurant, bathed in sunlight, offered a unique dining experience as the staff knelt down while talking to us. The picturesque location on steep slopes provided breathtaking views while strolling through the grounds.

The buffet on our first night was poorly organized, with food running out quickly.

While the chalet was beautiful and the bed was incredibly comfortable, we did find it a bit chilly at times and wished there had been extra blankets provided. It would have also been nice to have more variety in the daily specials on the menu.

The chalets were spacious and well-equipped with modern facilities. We particularly enjoyed the delicious food at the restaurant, which had a great ambience. the location was perfect, with beautiful surroundings and the main building just a short distance away.

While there were a lot of improvements, the cleanliness of the rooms could still be better. there was an issue with drunk guests in the restaurant, which should have been addressed by management.
