jetpark hotel Rotorua exceeded my expectations during this stopover. comfy rooms and a central location made exploring easy. the complimentary continental breakfast was a bonus.

The staff at Jet Park Hotel were fantastic, making our stay with children a breeze. The TV was quickly swapped when it stopped working, and the kids were thrilled. The rooms were modern and comfortable, with a great range of pillows. The location was perfect, with family-friendly restaurants and a supermarket nearby. We also enjoyed the spa pool and the complimentary continental breakfast. great value for money.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, just a stone's throw away from the city centre and a variety of restaurants. We could easily walk across the road to a shopping center with a warehouse and glass. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a nice bathroom and friendly staff. The continental breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying, offering a good variety of options.

The TV channels were very limited, and the guide didn't work properly.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was great, close to the town centre. The staff was responsive and the hotel was very clean. The price was fair and the free breakfast was a pleasant surprise. The room was standard but comfortable, with a peaceful night's sleep and a comfortable bed. The toiletries provided were nice. We enjoyed a drink at the bar, which came with a complimentary bowl of peanuts. The food, including the squid entree and the beef burgers with chips, was delicious and reasonably priced. we had a great experience at Jetpark Hotel.

We stayed here for three nights and loved it. This venue was located on the outskirts of town, which meant it was quiet and peaceful for a good night's sleep, but still a quick 20 minute walk to the centre of town with plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and we were impressed with the service room maintenance. The tranquil outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi area was a highlight for us, and we enjoyed spending time lounging around the garden area in the sun. The leisure centre here was also fantastic and we made good use of the fitness studio.

That we wish we could have stayed longer! We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends for its great customer service, comfortable rooms, and fantastic facilities.

Convenient location next to popular mall, park and supermarkets, with parking right outside the comfortable rooms. Friendly and accommodating staff, with excellent customer service, including a room upgrade. Enjoyable pool and spa facilities, even in winter, plus healthy free breakfast with a good range of choices. Appreciated little touches like free mints, apples and toiletries. a great stay.

The value for money at Jetpark Hotel was unbeatable, with fantastic facilities and little extras that made our stay memorable. The location was excellent and the staff were warm and welcoming.

The staff were super friendly and gave us great tips on things to do in the area. The beds were so comfortable and we got a great night's sleep. The breakfast included was absolutely delicious, especially the feijoa juice. The hotel had great facilities for kids with a pool, play area, and a play corner with books and toys. The location was perfect and there was ample parking available. excellent value for money with friendly staff and comfortable beds.

Had a wonderful Thanksgiving vacation. the breakfast and staff were great. the hotel's central location made it easy to walk to all the top tourist spots and it was close to the main bus station. I really enjoyed the complimentary reading area, very cozy!

The room was a bit outdated and had some issues such as a broken lock on the door and a rusty shower due to the area's high sulfur content. there was no air conditioning, and it was very hot;

The location couldn't be better, as it was right in the heart of everything, within walking distance to the town centre and close to many shops and eateries. The staff here were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated, with modern decor that added a touch of luxury. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel also provided excellent amenities, including a lovely kids area and a delicious breakfast. we were thoroughly impressed with the quality and comfort of this hotel.
