We had a wonderful stay here! The room was newly renovated, clean, and comfy, with a stunning view of the mountains. The staff was friendly, especially the front desk person and the housekeeping team who were very helpful. We enjoyed spending time in the terrace, which was lovely, and having dinner at the on-site restaurant, which was delicious. Moreover, the laundry facility was easy to use and super-fast, which was very convenient for us.

We had a great time here and would definitely recommend this place to our friends.

We had a great stay at a studio apartment with a small stone patio and mountain views. The bathroom was spacious with a nice shower. The kitchenette was equipped and even though we only had one small pot, we managed to cook a full meal. we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

The location of the lodge was excellent, offering stunning views of the mountain range. the Chamois bar, located in the same building, served delicious food and drinks and had a fantastic view as well. the Sir Edmund Hilary centre at the nearby Hermitage was a great attraction and we also had an amazing experience on the Glacier Explorers tour of Tasman Lake.

The room was not ready when we arrived, and on the second day, it wasn't serviced until late in the afternoon, even though we had left the room early. There were also some minor inconveniences, such as the lack of towel racks and bedside tables in our room.

We stayed in the motel section of Mt Cook Lodge and Motels and were pleasantly surprised by the luxurious decor and full kitchen amenities. the studio room had a great view of the Kea Point and Mt Cook Mountain range. the buffet dinner was also delicious and reasonably priced. the location was stunning, with breathtaking views and a calm and quiet atmosphere. the lodge was spacious, tidy, and provided a comfortable stay.

Limited choice in bar/restaurant with outdated atmosphere, but independent cooking options provide significant value.

As bike riders, we were thrilled with the convenient bike storage and facilities provided at the lodge. The staff was helpful and gave us great advice on biking trails in the area. The cozy beds and warm room made for a comfortable and restful sleep after a day of biking.
